During this session, we had a fantastic time preparing two delightful dishes: Menemen and Pastry, also known as Pişi. The kitchen was filled with the delicious aroma of sizzling ingredients, and the camaraderie among our club members made the experience even more enjoyable.
Menemen’s vibrant blend of tomatoes, peppers, and eggs was a savory delight that left our taste buds tingling with delight. Meanwhile, the flaky and golden-brown Pişi was a heavenly treat that melted in our mouths, making us appreciate the art of baking even more.
As we take this brief hiatus, we’re eagerly looking forward to reuniting with all our members again. Sharing culinary skills and laughter with our club members has been an incredibly peaceful and rewarding experience. The kitchen has been a place for culinary exploration and a space where lasting friendships have been formed.
