Youth Center

NOICA’s aim is to continually improve all aspect of the world we cohabit including our natural environment, social, and communal place, and encouraging growth, empathy and understanding of our world. NOICA’s vision facilitates educating all youth grades 6th through their College and University years. Achieving this requires action, initiating and participating in programs and events that focus on developing the student’s public service participation, personal development, physical fitness, and global exploration.
