Northern Ohio Intercultural Association (NOICA) is dedicated to addressing the social and cultural needs of the communities living in the Northern Ohio region.

NOICA is an association that has been granted 501(c)(3) non-profit status by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) because it furthers a social cause and provides a public benefit.

Our mission is to cultivate friendship and promote the understanding of diverse cultures through its unique services to the community and dialogue efforts in Northeast Ohio and Toledo. We believe that dialogue and cooperation among people of different faiths and cultures promote an atmosphere of mutual trust, understanding, respect, and love.

Our vision is to build and sustain a peaceful and friendly community with strong intercultural ties among individuals and respect for all the religious and ethnic background through communication, interaction, education, and diversity.
